Website enquiries

Submitting an enquiry or asking for a quotation does not require payment and does not itself create a binding booking.

Booked services

Where services are booked, cancellation rights, any reasonable cancellation charges, deposits and refund terms will be stated in the accepted quotation or service agreement and will remain subject to applicable South African law.

Online payments

The current website does not process online payments. If online payments are introduced, this policy and the checkout process will be updated before that functionality is used.
